I had the pleasure of working with Houman and his professional team on my ground up new ADU addition and I can confidently say they provided an exceptional service, going above and beyond what was expected, from start to finish. Houman was there every step of the way and it was not an easy job. He realized the geologist had never done a site visit and his geo plan wasn't accurate, which set off a whole chain reaction of events, from working with the architects to make adjustments, meeting with the city inspectors several times before the project even started. He helped me get my money back from the geologist. And he took care of every detail. During the building, he was there every day with his team, so pleasant and efficient, never wast in time. All the steps from the foundation, plumbing, electrical, hvac, framing, windows, roofing was done perfectly. His design team actually revamped the floor plan, which made the floor plan more functional and helped save a lot of money and mistakes. They also did 3D designs of the interior, allowing me to visualize all the spaces and color combination of the finishes. Houman is just one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When I couldn't decide on finishes, he was very patient and helped me make the right decisions. Everything was done to the highest levels, ahead of schedule and under budget. He even did the landscaping, added a driveway space, separated the utility meters, dry walled the entire garage area, and did a beautiful fire pit and bbq area. I could not be happier, without hesitation I recommend him to all my friends and family.
